Dispatch

All orders will be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 12pm AEST, or the following day if otherwise. The dispatch timeframe provided is not a guarantee, but will be common practice unless due to extreme unforeseen circumstances.

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the appropriate tracking number for your order.

 

Domestic Shipping

Australia Post (AusPost) is our domestic shipping provider.

Standard Domestic Delivery Cost: Free for orders above $200, otherwise a $15 flat rate Australia-wide (including tracking).

Standard Domestic Delivery Timeframe: 2-8 business days.*

Express Domestic Delivery Cost: $25 flat rate Australia-wide (including tracking).

Express Domestic Delivery Timeframe: 1-2 business days.*

Additional cover for your order may be purchasable at the checkout. We recommend purchasing extra cover for your order if it contains a total value of over $300.

International Shipping

Sendle is our international shipping provider. There is a $3 fee for handling international orders.
